3 Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Ryobi is looking for 2nd shift (evenings) and 3rd shift (overnight) associates to add to our Quality team as Quality Inspectors.
Our QC Inspectors perform inspection products that have been CNC machined to ensure that they are visually and functional! acceptable per applicable QAC documentation.
Pay starts at $18.
75 per hour, plus $1.
00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd/3rd shifts.
Automatic $0.
50 per hour pay increase every three months for your first year.

Participates in the safety, quality, and housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
Performs job tasks to reduce environmental impact and adheres to the environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal.
Complies with all plant rules, safety regulations, and job hazard analysis requirements.
Understands and performs visual and dimensional checks of products.
Dimensional review and understanding of CMM data.
Approves parts for release for production.
Places castings on hold when not acceptable or suspect.
Completes all required paperwork with great accuracy in a timely manner.
Assists production supervisors and engineers in the resolution of problems.
Performs roaming inspection on the die cast and finish floors.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
What will you need? Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively on own initiative and positively contribute within a team and environment.
Ability to use calipers/manual measuring tools and gages/air grinder.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Able to pass vision test with or without glasses/contacts.
Ability to read and solve basic math at the 8th grade level.
