Shelbyville, IN Shelbyville, IN Full-time Full-time $16 an hour $16 an hour Reports To Office Manager Job Overview The Billing/Payroll clerk is responsible for performing functions of the payroll/billing process as well as general office duties.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for performing functions to include, but not limited to:
? Input driver payroll and accounting data in transportation software ? Process accounting data which includes audit, reconciliation, posting and customer invoicing ? Review driver pay settlements for accuracy and completeness ? Re-route mileage as needed ? Other clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Qualified candidates must have excellent communication/follow-up and problem-solving skills.
? High School diploma or GED required ? 2 years of accounting experience required ? Strong computer and analytical skills ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive ? Must be able to meet scheduled deadlines ? Detail oriented to achieve a high level of accuracy ? Sensitivity to confidential matters and information ? Transportation experience preferred Job Type:
